City of Waukesha Ordinance and License Committee

Alderman Paulson continues his efforts to modify the City of Waukesha's Landmark ordinance to include an opt-out clause.  This topic was on the April 30 Agenda but due to changes in the O&L members and questions that members had of the City Attorney the item was tabled.  The ad-hoc committee formed last year met in March to review proposals and make recommendations. The result of this ad-hoc committee was to recommend to the O&L committee to make no changes to the City of Waukesha Landmarks ordiance. See the full report here.
